Notice of Public Hearing: Notice is hereby given that the Yellowstone County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 14, at 9:30 a.m. to review the Draft 2011 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for the Billings Metropolitan Planning Organization. The public hearing will be held in Room 403 of the Yellowstone County Courthouse located at 217 N 27th Street, Billings Montana 59101.
